ABOUT FILOMENAART

FilomenaArt is the online presentation and sales platform of artist Filomena Locci.

The Website offers original artworks and artistic prints created from the artist’s work.

ARTWORK INFORMATION

Every artwork is presented with information regarding its title, dimensions, materials, technique and other relevant characteristics where applicable.

Images are provided to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.

Original artworks may contain natural variations resulting from the artistic process. Such characteristics are part of the nature and individuality of an original artwork.

PRICES

All prices displayed on the Website are stated in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may be changed at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed during the purchasing process before the order is completed.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected artwork or print.

After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is considered accepted once the purchase has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, subject to availability and any applicable legal rights.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through Shopify and its payment providers.

We do not generally have access to your complete payment card details.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination, artwork, print format and shipping method selected.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Each original artwork is a unique piece.

Once an original artwork has been sold, it may no longer be available for purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.

Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

PRINTS

Prints are reproductions of original artworks and may be produced according to the specifications indicated on the individual product page.

The available dimensions, materials, production method and other characteristics will be indicated in the relevant product description.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks, photographs, images, texts, logos, graphics and other content published on this Website are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
